We charge competitive fees for our counselling service – in London and online.
Our sessions typically last 50 minutes and take place on a weekly basis. You can find answers to some frequently asked questions about fees and regularity of counselling sessions here.
Contact either Emma or Sharon for our individual fees and availability. [Scroll to the bottom of our individual pages for fee information.]
We offer discounted fees to students currently enrolled on a counselling course, who need personal therapy as a requirement of their qualification. Please contact us to discuss your course requirements.
Payment is via cash or bank transfer. (Emma accepts debit card & online payments). We ask for payment at least one session in advance to allow reservation of your slot for the following week (details agreed during our first session).
Cancellation Policy:
We charge the full session fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of a booked session; and for missed sessions.
Free sessions through our Community Investment Scheme (CIS):
February 2023 update:
Please note that we are currently unable to offer CIS sessions (as below) until further notice. Due to unprecedented demand, our waiting list is full. We will provide further update when we are able to take on more clients via CIS.
Our CIS offers six free counselling sessions according to these Terms and Conditions:
- To qualify for the sessions, you should be a Southwark resident and be unemployed or on low income. Please note you will be required to provide evidence that you meet these conditions.
- The six sessions will be over six consecutive weeks. They are a fixed day and time every week. You will not be able to reschedule any missed sessions.
- We offer sessions on a first come first served basis. It is fine to select either Sharon or Emma if you have a preference but you should note that this may mean a waiting period.
- If the allocated slots for the free sessions are full we will operate a waiting list and contact you when a slot becomes available.
If you would like to access these free sessions, and you meet the T&Cs, then get in touch with one of us. State that you wish to make use of the ‘CIS’.
