Online Sessions:
We are currently only offering online video-conferencing (e.g. Zoom, Whereby, Google Meet) sessions. This allows us to be much more flexible in booking days and times to support your needs, especially for people working from home or with family commitments. This means that we can offer counselling sessions wherever you are in the UK, Europe or rest of the world (time zones permitting!).

Booking a Session:
As we are sometimes busy with client sessions, it may be easiest to email us first with your enquiry. In your email, feel free to request a call (provide your phone number).
We offer a free 20-minute introductory phone call, where you will have an opportunity to ask any questions you have. You will be able to get a feel for us and how we work. We’ll agree a day and time for your first session.
A couple of days before your first session, we will send you all the information you need, including a link to join the session.
Your first online session will be slightly different from all your subsequent sessions. This will be an Assessment Session where we ask you loads of questions about you, your lifestyle and background in order to gain more insight into how we will work together. You will get to ask questions too!
But don’t worry! We’ve got you. We understand that starting therapy for the first time, or with a new therapist, can be daunting.
As we progress through your weekly sessions, we aim to keep checking with you to make sure how we are working fits comfortably with your expectations; and the goals you want to achieve through therapy.
